Times Good University Guide Law Rankings 2013

The Times just released its 2013 Good Universities Guide Rankings. For U.K. law schools, the rankings remain mainly the same as they were in the 2012 edition of the Good Universities Guide.  The biggest differences are that Edinburgh jumped from number 13 to number 7, while Newcastle, previously ranked at number 9, failed to make the top 10.  Edinburgh’s jump up the list also pushed down both Queen Mary University…read more →

National Law Journal LLM Rankings 2012

LL.M. rankings, in contrast to general law school rankings, are difficult to come by. Now, another attempt at ranking LL.M. programs is on the books. Guardian Releases New UK Law School Ranking

The Guardian has published its 2013 UK league tables and rankings (see here for the Guardian’s 2014 U.K. Law School Ranking). For law schools, there were some notable changes in the ranking this year. At the very top, Cambridge lost its #1 spot to Oxford and is now ranked third.
