Complete University Guide 2016 – UK Law School Ranking

One of the most highly watched UK law school rankings, The Complete University Guide’s 2016 League Table for Law has recently been published. Like in previous years, the ranking’s methodology is based on a mix of entry standards, student satisfaction, research quality, output, and prospects for each law schools’ graduate on the job market.

According to the latest 2016 Complete University Guide Law League Table/Ranking, these are the United Kingdom’s top 10 best law schools (the results from last year’s ranking are in brackets):

1. Cambridge (1)

2. Oxford (2)

3. Durham (4)

4. LSE (3)

5. UCL (5)

6. Nottingham (7)

7. Glasgow (6)

8. King’s College London (8)

9. Edinburgh (10)

10. Bristol (11)

Queen Mary has now lost its spot in the Top 10, while Durham has taken LSE’s previous #3 rank. Bristol is the only new addition in the top 10 of the ranking. Cambridge – with another impressive performance – and Oxford still hold their iron grip on the coveted #1 and #2 spots.
