Guardian Releases New UK Law School Ranking

The Guardian has published its 2013 UK league tables and rankings (see here for the Guardian’s 2014 U.K. Law School Ranking). Birmingham Offering Scholarships to LLM Students

Beginning this year, the University of Birmingham Law School will be offering scholarships to LL.M. students. The scholarships are in the amount of up to £5,000 for international students and £2,000 for UK/EU students. Based on both academic merit and financial need, applications for these scholarships are due by 22 June 2012. Successful applicants will be notified in July 2012.

QMUL Still Accepting LL.M. in Insurance Law Applications

Although LL.M. applications for Queen Mary, University of London School of Law are now closed, there is an exception for the LL.M. in Insurance Law. Edinburgh Introduces New Online Distance Learning LL.M. Modules

The University of Edinburgh School of Law has added six new online distance learning LL.M. modules for the 2012-2013 academic year. The new online modules are Contract Law in Europe, Corporate Compliance: Case Studies in Law and Ethics, Dispute Resolution Methods, International Climate Change Law, International Health Research and Commercialisation, and Introduction to European Union Law.
